St Patrick's Day is almost here! Start you celebration here at The Counties of Ireland. We will be opening at 9 am on Saturday, March 16th and will have the following promotions in the store that day: Kick off your day with an Irish Breakfast from Muddaddy Flats ! Muddaddy Flats will be out in front of the store making a delicious Irish Breakfast Quesadilla...fried egg, Irish bangers, rashers, pudding topped with Chef's Brown Sauce. I was lucky enough to be the the taste tester and these are delicious!!!! Two Irish Dancers from The Boland School of Irish Dance will be here in the morning...

18 years ago today I opened the doors to The Counties of Ireland...a 24 year old girl jumping both feet in and praying that others would love the exact things I adored about Ireland!  I remember that day like it was yesterday...it was a Thursday and it was a beautiful, sunny & warm day.  The store was filled with family, friends and local community members for my ribbon cutting...and I was a nervous wreck!  My family and friends are what got me through that day and have been the most amazing support for the last 18 years.
