Kilkenny Side Zip Cardigan w/Hood

Westend Knitwear is based in the village of Monasterevin in the county of Kildare, Ireland. They offers the very best in both traditional and contemporary Irish knitwear. The company was originally established by Molly Cullen in 1957, after creating beautiful Aran designs with her mother and grandmother for many years. Molly’s dream was to incorporate a family knitting business whose heritage stretched back for over 100 years.  Molly’s grandsons Niall and Barry Cullen have kept Molly's vision alive.

This side zip knitted cardigan comes in a gorgeous color called Tundra.   It is a soft green that is stunning.  The hood and insert pockets make it practical, cosy and very wearable, a must have. The Celtic knot design on the zip puller is an attractive feature. The various size and direction of the Irish cabling is very slimming for the wearer. A real autumn/winter warmer.

We do find that this is a fitted sweater.  For a more relaxed look, please order one size up.
