Shamrock Damask Table Runner - White
Linen Damask has a classic drape and lustre which will flatter any dining room. Shamrock Sprig is a new version of the traditional Shamrock design. This example is offered in the color white. This popular design, as the name implies, is based very much around the Irish emblem, Shamrock. The Shamrock is a plant with trifoliate leaves, used reputedly, by Saint Patrick to illustrate the doctrine of the Trinity.
This runner with tassels is approximately 12 x 54 inches and comes in a small gift package.
About the Maker:
Brownlow Linens (formerly known as Brownlow Textiles Ltd.) was established in Lurgan in 1981, and named after Brownlow House in Lurgan, County Armagh. It is appropriate that an Irish linen company founded in Lurgan should be named Brownlow. For Lurgan history was probably most influenced by two things. The arrival of John and William Brownlow, in the early 17th century, and the rise of the linen industry.
The company's factory was originally based in the County Armagh town. However, shortly after it was bought by the Franklins Group, in 1999, it's premises were moved to nearby Banbridge, County Down, and it now is a division of Thomas Ferguson Irish Linen.
