Shipping Policy

Shipping costs apply to the continental United States. Shipping costs are determined by your order total. If The Counties of Ireland feels that the shipping surcharge to an individual order is in excess we will credit your order the excess amount. This is at the discretion of The Counties of Ireland and you will not be contacted of this credit before the shipping process. Certain items can bear an shipping surcharge based on weight and size. These surcharges are clearly shown on description pages of items. An additional $5 will be charged if shipping to multiple locations. All in stock orders placed before 6pm will be shipped the following business day (Friday orders will be shipped to following Monday). Please contact us if you need to schedule a Saturday delivery.

Exchange and Return Policy

Please take a minute to read our Online Store Exchange and Return Policy.

• All items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund of the price of the item including sales tax.
• All merchandise must be returned unused, unworn and unwashed. Condition of the merchandise is at the discretion of The Counties of Ireland.
• Original tags must be left on. If tags are removed, item is not returnable or exchangeable.
• All jewelry must be returned in its original box.
• Items must be accompanied by the sales or gift receipt and the Exchange/Return form.
• Expenses for shipping the merchandise back are paid for by the customer.

If any of the above conditions do not apply, merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.

To Exchange or Return:

• Please fill out in BLOCK CAPITALS the Exchange/Return form in full, including your order number and include with it the original sales receipt and enclose these with the package.
• We recommend using UPS, FEDEX or another tracking service to return any packages as The Counties of Ireland is not responsible for any lost items.

Exchanges:

• Your new item will be shipped out once the returned item has been received.

Returns:

• Your credit card will be credited upon receipt of the returned items.
• Credit card returns can only be refunded onto the original card used.
• We will refund the price of the item, including any sales tax but not shipping costs.
